In the following you will find useful information in connection with the use of online booking. You can read about how we process your entered information, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and much more. When Stensager Strand Camping is written below, it is used as a synonym for Stensager Strand Camping
Payment
All prices stated in the Stensager Strand Camping online booking system are, like everywhere else on the website, stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes, unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question.
Payment is made by using one of the approved payment/credit cards in online booking, including Dankort, Visa, MasterCard and Diners. There is no fee imposed on trading that takes place through online booking.
Information about trading on the Internet
You can safely shop on the internet through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically protected against any misuse of your credit card on the internet, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the internet. Shipping and Delivery
When booking and paying for a cabin, a rental tent, a space for your own tent, or a space for your own caravan, you will be presented with a contract from STENSAGER, in which the accounting for your purchase appears. The contract can be printed from the website after the booking has been completed, and can also be sent via e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address has been provided by the buyer.
Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at Stensager Strand Camping on the day of arrival (and is completed upon departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above contract.
Right of cancellation and refund
You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions:
- If you cancel within 3 days of the order being placed, the entire amount will be refunded. Otherwise, the following applies.
- If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will be reimbursed the entire amount with the exception of an administration fee of DKK. NOK 200.
- If you cancel less than 30 days and more than 14 days before arrival, you can get half of the amount refunded.
- If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, you lose the entire amount paid.
Registration of information
Stensager Strand Camping registers your name, your address, your e-mail and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer register. The information is not passed on, but STENSAGER keeps the registration for 5 years.
Stensager Strand Camping uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you submit on the site.
When paying by credit card, the registration takes place via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before being sent over the internet.
Complaint processing
If for some reason you do not receive your contract, which confirms your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address or phone number below.
Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (the stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error during a general review of your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (stay), the right to complain ceases in accordance with section 83, subsection of the Swedish Purchase Act. 1, unless otherwise agreed.
When STENSAGER receives your complaint about a product, the complaint is processed as soon as possible. STENSAGER will decide whether the item received should be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction should be given.

The right of access:
You have the right to be informed at any time which personal information we have registered about you. Contact the Provider and we will send your personal information via e-mail.
The right to correct data:
You have the right to request that your personal information be corrected if it is incorrect, including the right to make incomplete information complete.
The right to delete data:
You have the right to have the personal information we use deleted at any time, except in the following situations:
- You have an unresolved case with us.
- You have an open order that has not yet been completed
- You have a financial balance with the provider, regardless of payment method
- You are suspected of having or have misused our services within the last four years
- Your debt has been resold to a third party within the last three years or within one year for deceased customers
